1. Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
Walk ins are welcome! However, please note that pre-booked appointments and emergencies will be prioritized. Walk ins will be accommodated in between. Wait time is usually tolerable at 30 mins to an hour as we have several doctors
4. Do you offer laboratory and diagnostic tests on-site?
Yes! To give you fast and accurate results, our clinics are fully equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. We handle everything from routine blood work to digital X-rays and full abdominal ultrasounds right inside our facilities.
2. What are your clinic's operating hours?
King’s Road branches are open daily, with hours varying per location. The Main Hospital in Daang Hari, Molino is open 6 AM to 12 Midnight. The Vermosa Branch is open 8 AM to 7 PM for grooming, pet hotel, and café, and 10 AM to 7 PM for veterinary services. The Imus Branch is open 10 AM to 7 PM. Holiday hours may vary, so please check our socials for updates.
5. Do you offer grooming alongside medical services?
Yes! We are a full-service provider. You can easily bundle premium grooming services with your pet's routine wellness exam or vaccination visit at our clinics.
3. Where should I bring my pet in case of an emergency?
While you can bring your pet to any of our locations (Daang Hari, The District Imus, Vermosa, or our new Bacoor branch) during our regular operating hours, our flagship Daang Hari hospital is where you should go for any emergencies. Note that additional emergency fees will apply to visits after 7 PM.
6. How much are your medical procedures?
The service cost greatly varies based on the complexity of the procedure and laboratory tests needed. An initial consultation is necessary for us to assess your pet’s condition thoroughly.
